Quick sponge cake

Quick Victoria sponge cake 
Ingredients
225g Caster sugar
225g Self Raising Flour
225g Butter
2 Tsp Baking powder
1 Tsp Vanilla extract 
4 Eggs

Method
1. Heat oven down and prepare your baking pan down by butter and flour it. Set aside 

2. Measure all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together for 3-4 minutes.

3. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25- 30 minutes. 

4. Insert the toothpick to the centre and it should come out dry. Allow it to cool for 20 minutes and turn it on wire rack and allow it to cool completely. You can decorate it with buttercream with any fruit  or with any ice cream . Yummy yummy
